    Responsibilities

     

    Product Manager will be responsible & accountable for developing market development activities of a product group for Codman Surgical Specialties in Neurosurgery in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the franchise margin.

     

    Essential duties & responsibilities:

     

    Strategic Marketing:

    • Design regional strategic marketing platform, campaigns, tactics and marketing plans; help tailor to local markets
    • Aggregate regional market analysis and intelligence
    • Develop & maintain strong insights & understanding of top 6 focus markets
    • Provide input & recommend regional BD opportunities
    • Adapt global product positioning & pricing to the region
    • Consolidate BD opportunities / Prioritize opportunities/ input into Global Funnel
    • Develop region revenue strategic planning
    • Evidence generation requirements strategy. Eg: Build medico-eco regional pattern to be adapted at country level

     

    Commercial Execution:

    • Product expertise for the region
    • Support in-country marketing & specialists for key NPIs/ focus brands
    • Develop marketing tactics and related marketing collaterals for our sales force & support local marketing & sales management in their implementation;
    • Develop the appropriate marketing tools & programs to support the sales force to execute their revenue targets;
    • Support sales force, local marketing and Specialty account managers on the field.
    • Marketing support for indirect markets including support to tactical plan
    • NPIs Launch tool kits & marketing collaterals
    • Attend EMEA key clinicians educational meetings (congress, courses, workshops..)
    • Manage regional franchise opex budgets and resource allocation
    • Establish revenue targets/ Franchise with KPIs.

     

    NPI/Lifecycle management:

    • Serve as liaison between global and local teams
    • Aggregate VoC/market insights and input on NPIs and lifecycle management (primary & secondary market data)
    • Provide oversight to NPIs and input to PD pipeline / Share with Local PD pipeline priorities
    • Regional execution of NPIs launch & discontinuation plans
    • Define regional reimbursement priorities
    • Identify Regional market access needs : input to Global

     

    Med education & Sales Education:

    • Contribute to MedEd regional/product strategy, budget, and KPIs
    • Contribute to develop EMEA KOL networks/ franchise & EMEA MedEd programs and partnerships
    • Attend EMEA key clinicians educational meetings (congress, courses, workshops..)
    • Educational faculty management
    • Set the product knowledge objectives
    • Contribute to execution to SalesEd plan

    Qualifications

    • Relevant educational background (MBA, Marketing, Economics, Engineers)
    • Fluent English
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Medical Device industry in a sales or marketing function 
    • International experience required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability skills
    • Ability to lead projects & execute
