Integra LifeSciences has entered into an acquisition agreement of Codman Neurosurgery.   This transformational acquisition creates compelling value for our shareholders, employees and patients, and enhances our global position in neurosurgery by adding a complementary product portfolio and the world-recognized Codman brand. This expansion position is open as a result of this exciting acquisition.


The Sales & Opeartions Coordinator is a key role responsible for leading the Global S&OP processes for Integra LifeSciences. The S&OP Coordinator will work closely with the Demand Planners/Supply Network Planners/PP&L and other cross functional departments.




  • Leads the S&OP forums in collaboration with Planning leadership
  • NPI review/Demand Review/Supply Review/Reconciliation and Exec Review
  • Works to continuously improve and refine the S&OP process ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Collation, analysis and management of monthly metrics at a Global and Regional level
  • Creation of dashboards and material required for the S&OP forums
  • Coordinates S&OP activities for all stakeholders, pre meetings, minutes and actions including follow up
  • Develop the demand review framework to allow the Demand Plan (DP) vs the Financial Business Plan (FBP)
  • Develop a supply review framework to allow Supply Plan vs Supply BP projection
  • Creates and drives integration between end to end functions and adherence to the S&OP calendar
  • Participation in cross functional teams as required
  • Collaboration with Regional Planners to centralize the product allocation process


The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required/ equivalent qualification. Masters is a plus
  • A minimum of 6 years Supply Chain experience (i.e. S&OP, SC Project management, Supply Planning, Forecasting, Materials Management, Inventory Management) preferably in medical devices, pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Previous experience managing a Plan team and or leading projects with cross functional teams - a plus
  • Advanced Data Analytics/ reporting skills. Problem solving with attention to detail.
  • MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP ECC & APO, Manugistics, JDE), functional knowledge. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of communicating with all levels in the business
  • Experience working within complex global matrix organizations
  • APICS CPIM/ CSCP certification 
  • Drive, energy and enthusiasm for delivering to commitments and motivated by continual process improvement
  • Strategic thinking, ability to cultivate and drive change
  • Effective written and oral communication skills in English (French an asset but not essential)
  • Strong collaboration & team work
  • Advanced user of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
