Integra LifeSciences has entered into an acquisition agreement of Codman Neurosurgery.   This transformational acquisition creates compelling value for our shareholders, employees and patients, and enhances our global position in neurosurgery by adding a complementary product portfolio and the world-recognized Codman brand. This expansion position is open as a result of this exciting acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data collection and compilation to generate rolling 12-month or longer Supply Plans for the assigned product lines and supply sites
  • Control, plan, direct and manage the supply chain to ensure customer demand fulfillment is balanced with service, delivery, and stock performance
  • Provide Customer Service reporting on Product Availability
  • Optimize the overall cost of ownership of materials and services at each link of the supply chain
  • Provide KPI reporting on supply, inventory, and supply chain costs that include customer service, plan attainment, inventory, and new product introductions
  • Provide support to the Demand and Supply planning processes used in other sites and Divisions
  • Identify and load planning parameters and data into Oracle or other systems to facilitate requirements generation and reporting
  • Provide data and participate in the Sales & Operations Planning process meetings
  • Assist with development of requirements, test scripts, and implementation of upgrades to Oracle and with any new supply planning software and process improvements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

  • College Degree in related field - advanced degree a plus
  • APICS certification a plus

Experience and Skill Sets

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics
  • Experience in ERP systems and planning software a plus – Cognos, Oracle, Movex or SAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – able to run reports, organize data, perform VLookUps, and work with pivot tables
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Access and SharePoint is desired
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and with other departments, both written and verbal
  • Good English language and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good negotiation and feedback skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
