    The purpose of the role is to collaborate with functional management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs as well as effectiveness of established programs.


    • Manage and facilitates the implementation of new and tenured management training programs
    • Develop skills and behaviour assessments and simulations for all curriculum to measure competency and proficiency of training participants
    • Develop a program delivery schedule that provides training as needed and in locations that work for the participants
    • Provide engaging communications about program information to encourage participation and highlight the value and benefits of training
    • Ensure compliance with all Integra LifeSciences policies
    • Program execution and measure outcomes
    • Align learning objectives and competencies with Human Resources, Sales force excellence, and regional business requirements
    • Approve new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs
    • Oversee and establish relationships with vendors to provide additional outside training programs
    • Manage and develop training professionals within the global organization



    • Relevant educational background with solid professional experience in commercial and training & development areas.
    • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
    • Requires 5+ years of leadership experience in Training & development area in medical devices industry.
    • Experience in medical devices/healthcare sector that constitute professional's business acumen and credibility is substantial for this role.
    • Operating room acumen is highly preferable.
    • Professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Italian) would be a distinct advantage.
    • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
