Summary description

Lead, plan, manage and execute educational programs and trainings for Health Care Professionals and sales forces and other relevant collaborators to facilitate their learning


Essential duties and responsibilities


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Organize and implement educational and training programs for health care professionals and sales forces
  • Manage wet labs (~15 events/yr) and dry lab (~60 events/yr)
  • Ensure the Health Education is aligned with the commercial needs
  • Manage team staff members, vendors and outside lab facilities
  • Contribute in the content development of advisory boards and consult meetings
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with center of excellence
  • Serve as scientific liasons to support business and clinical needs
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness



The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

  • Proven working experience as an education manager or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years or above relevant position and work experiences
  • Excellent knowledge of data management and analysis
  • Ability to work in teamwork environment
  • BS preferred
  • Energetic, action-oriented and performance-driven; a doer and a performer
  • Must have excellent communication skills both in English and Japanese including presentation and public speaking.
