Overview

Integra Life Sciences in in the midst of an exciting time as we grow our business in Asia, particularly Japan.   This growth is fueled by both organic growth and an acquisition which will increase our employee population to close to 100 employees in the Q4 timeframe.   This growth present significant opportunities for a strong HR professional to have a significant impact on our success.  

 

The HR Manager role will have a broad range of human resources activities such as workforce planning, M&A integration, organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, human resources operations, employee relations, and payroll.  

 

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Work collaboratively with the Japan Country Manager and the Head of HR for Asia Pac to implement HR strategies, practices, processes, and policies.
  • Provide strong business partner support to leadership and employees.  
  • Lead the HR integration for approximately, 80 employees into the Integra organization. Includes on-boarding Day1, communication of programs, policies, and plans.  
  • In partnerships with the COE and external vendors, oversee any payroll or benefit issues for employees.  
  • Lead the recruitment process for key sales, marketing, and administrative roles in partnership with RPO.  
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of incentive plans for sales team that drive revenue growth and customer excellence.  
  • Coach managers on all aspects of talent management, performance management, and employee development
  • Manage employee relations matters
  • Proactively monitor the employee engagement and identify trends and address areas of improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8 years of human resources experience in a HR business partner role
  • Proven track record of strong execution and results
  • Experience supporting a field sales organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
  • Previous experience with recruitment, payroll, and employee relations in Japan.
