Responsibilities

Member of the European Business Systems group the incumbant will manage all aspects of planning and manufacturing system implementations, development, training, and aspects of support:

  • Provide support on existing ERP functionalities
  • Explore new business requirements and manage the project on his area of expertise (requirements/design/build/testing/training/deploy/support)
  • Deploy existing functionalities on new business entities
  • Duties will include working with Integra functional leaders, other I/T managers, Integra site leadership and cross-functional business teams

Your responsibilities will cove the management of all Information System aspects of manufacturing system deployment, enhancement, support, and training. 

Your main work domain is Oracle R12 ecosystem mainly on Planning (ASCP) and Manufacturing (WIP/BOM), as well as potentially on Quality (QA), Repairs (Depot Repair), Procurement (PO, Iproc) modules.  

 

  • Projects & change controls
    • Follow the SDLC methodology and formal documentation requirements such as business requirements design, testing strategy, testing evidences, work instruction (i.e. all documents required for a validated environment in a medical devices Industry and by Corporate SOX controls).
      • Identify and analyze business requirements for Business needs.
      • Design and build reliable and realistic IS solutions related to these requirements.
      • Define & execute test scenarios   
      • Supervise data migration and verification from legacy systems to Integra systems
      • Change management: determine the impacts of proposed system changes on business population.
      • Provide Support to Business Owners and ERP users especially during testing, training and post Go Live phase of projects.
    • Investigate, resolve, implement and follow up on end-user issues.
  • In all your duties
    • Manage appropriate and timely escalation and communication with your manager & business teams.
    • Be the IS EU point of contact for your US counterparts in your business area.
    • Ensure excellence in the delivery of functional support and services delivered; in respect with defined resources, budget and timeline.
    • Respect Integra procedures (change controls, SOX, other) on which you are trained.
  • Execute other tasks required to achieve IS department objectives.

Qualifications

Advanced Computer systems certifications required, Graduate degree preferred

A minimum of 10-15 years’ experience on Oracle ecosystem business processes & modules (WIP, ASCP are a must, Quality/Depot Repair/PO are nice to have)

Significant Oracle implementation experience in Release R12 environments

Strong hands-on technical and functional knowledge of Oracle Applications and good knowledge of planning and manufacturing processes and systems that support those processes.

Experience leading the delivery of large and complex EBS and related systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with our internal customers in Europe, other contractor personnel and peers in a professional manner.

Language Skills: English proficiency, French is welcome

Business travel

This position requires travels up to 50% in pikes, spent in the European locations (according to various projects he will address in various Integra European locations) or USA (Corporate facilities).
