Integra LifeSciences has entered into an acquisition agreement of Codman Neurosurgery.   This transformational acquisition creates compelling value for our shareholders, employees and patients, and enhances our global position in neurosurgery by adding a complementary product portfolio and the world-recognized Codman brand. This expansion position is open as a result of this exciting acquisition.



  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
  • Have responsibility for the integrity and management of the accounting ledgers
  • Be responsible for producing the monthly financial accounts package within 5 working days according to US GAAP rules
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations, sales & COGS reconciliations, accruals & prepayments, fixed assets and cash management.
  • Be responsible for the monthly internal reporting requirements, i.e. submission to corporate consolidations, MFS preparation and Balance Sheet analysis/review
  • Assist with preparation of the Statutory Accounts and annual Corporation Tax computations
  • Support the preparation and compilation of annual budgets and forecasts for the plant
  • Review Internal Control procedures (for SOX compliance) and assist with internal and external audits
  • Transfer Pricing analysis and preparation of Transfer Pricing Template to Corporate
  • Any other duties as requested




  • Qualified Accountant



  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience within a manufacturing operation
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle and/or SAP experience will be advantageous)
  • Knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience of working within a small team in a diverse environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
