Responsibilities

Responsible for all sales related activities in assigned selling territory:

increases market shares,

develops customer base

increases yearly turnover by hitting yearly targets.

 

Promotes and maintains a professional interface between the Company and the customers.

 

TASKS 

 

Knowledge acquisition:

Establish and maintain product knowledge on assigned product ranges

Demonstrate good knowledge of competitors, their products and services, their strategies : collaborate with marketing to update competition knowledgeSelling skills :

 

Apply the Integra selling skills throughout the sales process : pre-call plans, needs identification, solution presentation linked with customers’ needs, handling objections, ask for commitment, post-call reviews

 

Territory management: Eastern part of Belgium (Antwerp North, Limburg, Liege – Verviers)

  • Analyze territory growth potential by using market panels/database in order to identify prospective customers
  • Identify all actors in the decision making process
  • Analyse performance of selling territory using weekly sales reports
  • Prepare quarterly action plans and update regularly

 

Prospecting activity:

  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from sales activity
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these in order to arrange appointments

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate account files relating to visits, contacts, opportunities and forecasts by using the CRM tool
  • Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager relating to account performance, implemented action plans, objectives
  • Provide regular feedback on competition to Marketing Department
  • Identify and solve customers’ concerns : report complaints to quality

                Customers’ training

 

Offer support to customers through technical and educational presentations and training

Support and provide instructions during surgeries.

                 Public relations:

Establish and maintain current customers and potential customers relationships through congresses, workshops, demonstrations, prospective visits                

                 Compliance

Comply with company procedures and guidelines

Adhere to Integra guidelines and code of conduct

Qualifications

Master degree or equivalent 5-10 sales experience.

 

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of sales experience within medical environment

  • Digital understanding & IT skills

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment

  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity

  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

  • Language skills: Dutch (fluent), English (fluent), French (intermediate min)
