    • Works in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing Orthopedics, EMEA in order to define the strategies and tactics needed to reach the annual and quarterly objectives in the United Kingdom
    • Deploys the strategies and tactics defined, monitors the execution and manages the sales team for all sales reps to reach their quarterly and annual revenue goals. Makes sure all sales reps deliver upon the quantitative and qualitative objectives aspects
    • Co-travels with the sales reps in order to provide appropriate training, coaching and mentoring and to visit their customers and support their business
    • Organizes 1:1 business reviews, team meetings, sales & marketing alignment meetings and works in close collaboration with the support departments to ensure perfect strategic and tactical alignment
    • Collaborates with Customer Service, Logistics and all support departments to provide best-in-class customer experience
    • Defines and deploys a buying group / key account / tender strategy and collaborates with the tender department to make sure Integra qualifies in every possible tender / national contract
    • Reports his/her activity and makes sure the sales team reports their activities (reporting also includes providing product forecasts, landing estimates, co-travelling reports, revenue performance reports, animation of the sales challenges, etc.)
    • Executes new product introductions on-line with revenue expectations
    • Ensures that the pool of consignment sets and travels sets generates the required profitability
    • Detects and grows future talents
    • Works with ethics and embraces the Integra values



    • Master of Science in Business or Engineering
    • 10+ years of sales experience
    • 5 years in the management of a sales team
    • Significant experience in Medical Device, preferably in an operating room environment and in Orthopedics
    • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Important field presence
    • Bilingual French/English would be a real benefit
