Primary purpose:

Project manage the tender, special pricing and contracts processes in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure high quality tender outcomes and timely and effective contracts management.


Key responsibilities:

Special Pricing

  • Manage and enhance the Annual Price Review process and the Special Pricing process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders


  • Manage and enhance the Tender process, including determining key success factors
  • Keep track of and identify relevant tender opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, obtain required information
  • Enter tender information into relevant documents/systems and complete tender submissions effectively and timely
  • Project manage tenders through development of a robust tender plan for pre-tender, tender submission, and post tender activities (incl. evaluation of tender process)


  • Work with key stakeholders to support the contract implementation process
  • Review and manage contracts with customer providing the best outcome

Other responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Integra team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order.
  • Determine and implement process improvement activities in relation to the tender and contracts management processes in line with the continual improvement process
  • Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in pricing, tenders and/or contracts management.
  • Experience in medical devices or healthcare sector in a commercial context is important
  • Proven Project Management qualifications, skills and experience and a highly organised approach to work
  • Experience in analysing and reviewing contracts
  • High attention to detail and highly developed analytical skills (numerical/financial)
  • Highly proficient with various software applications, especially Excel
  • Well developed communication, consultation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • High level time management and organisational skills, including to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • High level of proactive problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve processes
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers and other stakeholders.
  • High level of experience with working autonomously and within a very small team environment.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of their work outputs
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain an excellent level of reporting, documentation and organisation
