    Act as a strategic talent acquisition advisor to an entire division (or multiple functional areas) to recruit highly qualified talent in the least amount of time. Manage a requisition load of approximately twenty – thirty positions, many of which are high level, specialty positions. The TA Lead will partner with HR Directors/Business Partners, hiring managers (including senior leaders and Vice Presidents), external outsourcing partners and agencies. The TA Lead will develop and execute an overall talent acquisition strategy for clients mainly in EMEA.

    Strategic Talent Acquisition

    • Facilitate high quality recruiting strategy meetings (briefing / in-take sessions). Prepare hiring managers and interview teams to understand job requirements and expectations. Create and execute a plan for each client area.
    • Market Integra careers across the region, ensuring country marketing is aligned and represents Integra in a professional and positive manner by providing information about the Company, culture, business strategy, relevant function/department, and specific position.
    • Review candidate resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Create and communicate prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval. Prescreen candidates prior to presentation.
      • Ensure and adhere to a consistent and effective recruitment process. Identify areas of opportunity in the process to add value, improve quality, customer service, etc.
      • Evaluate trends in work force populations and develop strategic workforce plan, where relevant.
          • Develop and maintain a network of diverse candidates by using direct sourcing, social media, job boards, Internet, groups and associations, internal referrals, advertising, third-party agencies and other technical means to source candidates. Stay informed of diversity trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
            • Interview and assess candidates (phone screens and in-person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques.
            • Develop sourcing strategies, (leveraging internet tools, social networking, online campaigns, agencies, outplacement, etc.) and maintain positive working relationships with these sources to ensure talent pipelining.
            • Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers.
            • Utilize assessment tools (cognitive, leadership style, references) to provide overview and recommendations to hiring managers, when applicable.  


    • Ensure that HR Directors/Business Partners are continuously updated on status of openings relative to their area.
    • Maintain positive relationships with key clients by providing timely, relevant updates.
    • Proactively give HR Directors/Business Partners notification of internal candidates expressing interest in changing positions.
    • Candidate care - provide feedback to internal and external candidates in a timely fashion and in accordance with staffing procedures.


    • Craft new hire offers and gain appropriate levels of approval. Provide counsel and direction relative to market-based new hire offers.
    • Report compensation trends to colleagues in HR.
    • Work with client areas and closely with COE (HR Operations) regarding resolution and clarification of expatriate and relocation issues, visas, understanding guidelines, etc.

    Reporting & Compliance

    Ensure that candidate sources, job statuses and final dispositions are up to date and in compliance with local country guidelines and internal SOPs.

    Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to develop maintain ad hoc recruitment status reports to meet HRBP needs.

    Prepare and regularly update accurate statistical data/metrics regarding turnover, sourcing, cost per hire, cycle steps, time to fill, etc as requested.

    Vendor Management

    • Manage relationship with agencies (contingency & retained). Ensure proper contract process is in place. Serve as main point of contact on job specific requirements, recruiting strategy and status updates, beginning with initial staffing strategy meeting, interview scheduling, offer preparation, extension and close of job.
    • Accountable for communicating challenges/issues to Head, Global Talent Acquisition.
    • Liaises with other outsourcing partners (e.g. RPO and background check vendor).
    • Projects
    • Evaluates the effectiveness of recruitment process, vendor relationships, and assessment tools.
    • Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects in either a team member capacity as the subject matter expert, or as a lead on projects up to a medium scope/budget.
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.



    • 10+ years talent acquisition experience (internal and agency)
    • 8+ years Life Sciences recruiting highly desired (full cycle recruiting with strength in sourcing)
    • 2+ years recruiting leadership
    • French, English (business level), German (nice to have) 
    • Familiar with iCIMS ATS desired and experience working with a CRM (candidate relationship management system).
    • SME/Leadership presence
    • Prior recruiting leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams required
    • Expert knowledge of employment and data privacy related laws.
