    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:


    • Item/Cost Maintenance for Bills of Material and routings for new and existing component/finished goods, assisting in the annual std cost update process.
    • Work Order closing, status analysis and investigation.
    • Reconciliation of Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods Inventory.
    • Liaising between Purchasing / Receiving and accounts payable to resolve any issues.
    • Assist in producing the monthly financial accounts package within 5 working days according to US GAAP rules and required internal reporting including manufacturing KPIs.
    • Support Operations Managers in the collation, analysis and preparation of manufacturing reports and KPIs to aid decision making.
    • Assisting in the monthly internal reporting requirements, i.e. monthly flash review, site reporting, MFS, review budget/actual/forecast.
    • Assisting in testing, analysis and development of SOX controls and internal procedures.
    • Assisting in periodic budgeting and forecasting process.
    • Assist and support in the sites’ lean programs.
    • Assisting in the development of Oracle related processes.
    • Other accounting duties as required.



    • Already had first experience of cost Accounting within a manufacturing operation.
    • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle experience) will be advantageous
    • Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well within a small teams.
    • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
    • Well organised and expresses ideas and information clearly, using appropriate and efficient methods of conveying the information.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills (French and English).
    • Adaptive to a changing environment.
    • Strives to learn new skills, broaden knowledge and abilities.
    • Takes a proactive approach to anticipating and preventing problems. When problems occur, defines the problem, investigates obstacles and analyses alternative solutions.
