    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

    • Excel in the delivery of IT ServiceDesk services to end users across Europe by phone, skype and in person. Respond in a timely manner and follow Servicedesk procedures ensuring that activities and solutions are updated promptly within the ServiceDesk support tool. Assist in establishing or enhancing ServiceDesk processes and procedures.
    • Have a good telephone manner and good documentation skills with the ability to write and maintain work instructions that are concise, accurate and comprehensive. Conduct IT induction for new users.
    • Possess a good knowledge and understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Servers, HyperV, Backup Tools, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Network Infrastructure, Systems support and telecommunications. Develop knowledge of Integra specific applications.
    • Maintain user access rights to the Network and other resources in compliance with applicable procedures, regulations, and Management approval. Maintain hardware and software inventories.
    • Apply change control procedures and adhere to Integra SOP's.
    • Travel to other European locations may be required occasionally. Also, out of hours work will be necessary from time to time.
    • Carry out any other duties that are deemed reasonable in relation with this job description.


    • Level IT Qualification would be advantageous.
    • Professional IT Qualifications and technical certifications (A+, Network+, MCP) advantageous.
