  • Overview

    The Sales representative will be a responsible for Integra’s Neurosurgery product line and solely responsible for sales of these products within a defined territory. Primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service. The Sales representative will call on multiple call points/specializations with 90% of time spent outside of office. The Sales representative will work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales representative will work with their team to ensure that regional/corporate financial goals are met.

     

    セールスレプレゼンタティブは、自分が担当する地域の脳神経外科手術用製品の営業活動の責任を持ち、またビジネス戦略計画、顧客との関係構築、新規顧客開拓、高い製品知識、顧客サービスを通じて営業目標達成することが主な任務です。セールスレプレゼンタティブは、複数の拠点と担当製品において、9割以上の時間を社外で過ごすことになります。

    Responsibilities

     

    • Develop new business with customers and accounts previously not sold to新規顧客の開拓)
    • Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives as defined by regional manager and corporate senior management(リージョナルマネジャーとシニアマネジメントが決めた四半期ごと、月ごとの営業目標を達成する)
    • Develop a formal business plan at the beginning of each fiscal year to be followed by subsequent monthly and quarterly territory reports aimed at achieving territory sales goals(会計年度ごとにビジネスプランを作成し、営業目標達成に向けて、四半期ごと、月ごとの進捗レポートを提出する)
    • Work with peers when called up to support case coverage and inventory requests(営業チームの同僚と協力し、必要な場合はお互いの営業活動を積極的にサポートをする)
    • Take initiative to identify new business opportunities(新規ビジネスの機会を積極的に開拓する)
    • Identify product improvement opportunities for sales, marketing and product development teams.(製品向上の機会を見つけ、品開発チーム、マーケティングチーム、営業チームと連携する)
    • Maintain high level of technical, product and disease state knowledge(高い製品知識だけにとどまらず、疾病に関する情報や技術的な知識を習得するよう努める)
    • Provide a consultative role in the OR environment in accordance with specific product indicationsオペ室における製品ごとの仕様についてコンサルティングを行う)
    • Operate within defined budgets and strictly with in accordance with Corporate policies and procedures(社内で決められている手順や規則に従い、決められた予算内で成果をあげる)
    • Perform sales administrative duties in a timely manner and as defined by management(営業活動に伴う事務手続きなどは締め切り厳守で遂行する)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required, any major is welcomed.4年制大学卒業、または同等の教育、経験があるかた。学部、専攻は問わない。)
    • Minimum two year experience business-to-business sales (or similar) (2年以上のB2Bの営業経験、またはそれに近しい経験があるかた)
    • Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills.(高い分析能力と、文章作成能力、口頭でのコミュニケーション能力)
    • Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel(執刀医や医療従事者と円滑なコミュニケーションと人間関係を築くことができること)
    • Strong negotiation and selling skills.(高い交渉力と営業力)
    • Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting(病院内で円滑な人間関係を築くことのできる優れた対人能力)
    • Track record of developing sales plans and executing(営業目標を立て、目標達成した経験があるかた)
    • Team player(チームプレーヤー)
    • Physically capable of standing for long hours in the Operating Room during cases.(手術室で長時間立っていられる体力)
    • Highly competitive with a strong track record of success(営業目標を達成する意欲、意識の高い方)
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license(運転免許証)
    • Native level of Japanese language skill(ネイティブかそれと同等レベルの日本語能力)
