    Responsibilities

     

    This leadership position is responsible for all Business Operations in Canada.

     

     

    • Serve as a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, participate in strategic and tactical planning and execution of all operational requirements of our Canadian business
    • Lead a multidisciplinary team in Canada to ensure the efficient operations of our Customer Service Team, Loaner Team, Repair and Service team, Inventory Management team and Warehouse team
    • Develop Integra Canada’s Operations in alignment with Integra’s Global Organization
    • This individual will be responsible for:
      • Developing and implementing strategies to strengthen Integra Canada’s Commercial Operations
      • The efficient and timely performance of Integra Canada’s Customer Service Team
      • All product inventory and backorder management
      • Timely repair and invoicing of our Canadian service/repair business
      • In collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team, develop and share with Integra’s Global Supply Chain, an accurate inventory forecast for both OTT and SSS
      • Management of new product introductions, including working with the CRM, BI and Delphi team to ensure the timely and correct addition of products into Oracle R12
      • Liaise with corporate affiliates to ensure the Global Supply Chain team is aware/informed of Canadian operational requirements
      • Work closely with the commercial team the ensure the timely delivery of all shipments/returns (both inter-company and with customer accounts)
      • Manage multiple projects including the development of work plans, timelines, and implementation strategies
    • Develop operational metrics/KPIs and implement strategic projects to improve business efficiencies
    • Must be able to work well with all levels of the organization

    Education and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Strong communication skills; ability to coach, train & lead others.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to organize and lead cross functional groups

    Experience:

    • 5 – 7 years of experience in an Operations role
    • Previous supervisory experience
    • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
    • Demonstrated cost reduction and quality improvement results
