    Training Manager will develop a program delivery schedule that provides training as needed and in locations that work for the participants. Regarding internal communication, Training Manager is focused on providing engaging communications about program information to encourage participation and highlight the value and benefits of training. Moreover, she/he approves new training techniques and suggests enhancements to existing training programs. Training Manager oversees and establishes relationships with vendors to provide additional outside training programs. Another core responsibility of Training Manager is to manage and develop training professionals within the global organization.


    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.


    • Relevant educational background with solid professional experience in commercial and training & development areas.
    • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
    • Requires 5+ years of leadership experience in Training & development area in medical devices industry.
    • Experience in medical devices/healthcare sector that constitute professional's business acumen and credibility is substantial for this role.
    • Operating room acumen is highly preferable.
    • Professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in an additional European language (e.g. French, German, Italian) would be a distinct advantage.
    • Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
