    • Target accounts and markets (not by order of importance) :
      • Burn centers - University Hospitals
      • Plastic Departments - Private Hospital Group
      • Trauma Departments - DGH
      • Vascular - Dedicated centers (DF, oncology etc.)
      • Oncology
      • Maxillo facial
      • Head and neck
      • Pediatrics 

    • Selling activity
      • Identify sales prospects and open new accounts (new surgeon or new entity)
      • Increase revenue with existing customers
      • Consultative and relationship type of selling
      • Re-sales of same products
    • General duties:
      • Negotiating with customers, within available pricing structure
      • Reach sales and market share objectives as defined by regional manager and corporate senior management
      • Analyze sales territory opportunities and growth potential by using market panels/database in order to identify prospective customers
      • Identify and report back any product/market improvements
      • Target and develop new account opportunities
      • Identify all persons in the decision making process
      • Analyze performance of selling territory using sales reports
      • Develop written strategic business plans for forecasting and targeting key accounts in the first Quarter of employment
      • Prepare quarterly action plans and update regularly
      • Compulsory trainings by the company that are monitored
      • Apply the Integra selling skills throughout the sales process
      • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required; business or science-related degree preferred
    • Minimum two years’ experience business-to-business sales (or similar)
    • Two years’ surgical device or other medical sales preferred
    • Experience in OR essential
    • Experience in Wound Management and Burns preferred
    • Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills.
    • Confidence to communicate with established physicians and other surgical personnel
    • Strong negotiation and selling skills.
    • Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting
    • Track record of developing sales plans and executing
    • Team player
    • Physically capable of standing for long hours in the Operating Room during cases.
    • Highly competitive with a strong track record of success
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
