    The main tasks and responsibilities of the Quotes and Tenders Manager are as follows:

    • Be the voice to our internal customers on all quotes & tenders related activities of pro-active approach, thorough follow through of open tenders and gathering of all information for each respective country tender              
    • Supervision of data management regarding articles, prices, customers following internal policies and procedures and within assigned responsibility 
    • Supervision of preparation of offers and quotations in the respective countries
    • Manage the quotes & tenders team in Germany, Belgium, Italy and France
    • Supervision and coaching in relation to tender management:
    • Daily monitoring of call for tenders and subsequent monitoring of results and response times
    • Request for tender documents files and subsequent analysis on time
    • Compilation of necessary tender documents
    • Send out applications and responding to follow-up questions on time
    • Adherence to and monitoring of deadlines and internal procedures as well as to the customers directives
    • Compilation and regular update of the necessary bidding standard documents & data (company data, certificates etc)
    • Telephone reception and orientation of customer requests for all aspects of the tender
    • Correspondence with customers (mailings, presentations, editing of files)
    • Management of the administrative requests of Sales linked to his activity


    The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position:

    • Completed commercial training
    • 8 years of experience in internal sales support, database and tender management
    • Advanced technical understanding
    • Spoken and written command of English and other European lamguages (German, Italian, French)
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
    • Hands-on mentality

    • Intercultural competency
