    Responsibilities

    Will be in charge of investigations of customer complaints and all resulting actions (Non-conformances, Corrective and Preventive actions plan).

    He / she will support all aspects of Operationnal Quality (managing of non-conformed products, recall or customer complaints product returns, quarantine of products,...).

    Qualifications

    Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Quality with appropriate experiences in root causes analysis and associated Quality tools.
