  • Overview


    She/He will be jointly responsible & accountable for developing market development activities related Hydrocephalus in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the franchise margin.


    • Full ownership of the Franchise
    • Own the EMEA marketing strategy for the franchise
    • Understand market dynamics to develop appropriate tactics and action plans.
    • Develop market segmentation, product messaging and marketing technics to drive growth.
    • Define the right product positioning and range mix in EMEA to reach the annual revenue targets.
    • Develop the annual marketing action plans for the franchise and implement them
    • Develop and conduct training materials for our sales force.
    • Develop the appropriate marketing tools & programs to support the sales force
    • Provide competitive analysis and updates & develop specific sales tools to answer the competition in cooperation with the other downstream marketing and Global Service Franchise leaders
    • Support local marketing & sales groups to execute their revenue targets
    • Cooperate with local marketing to develop country tactics for her/his franchise
    • Develop the EMEA product launch process for his/her range.
    • Be the technical expert of the product group.
    • Support the sales force on technical issues, and support sales team on the field to support the service offer.
    • Attend EMEA key clinicians educational meetings (congress, courses, workshops..)
    • Develop KOL network to guarantee long term growth
    • Support Professional Education programs in deliver in appropriate HCPs education programs and sales education.
    • Conduct EMEA market intelligence and provide VOC inputs to drive EMEA strategy
    • Develop the appropriate financial reports and market analyses on his/her franchise.
    • Be the franchise referent of all EMEA Cross-functional departments


    • Master degree
    • Fluent English
    • Minimum of 7 year’s experience in Medical Device industry in marketing function
    • Sales experience is a plus
    • Ability to understand technical aspects of products
    • International experience required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Flexibility and adaptability skills International experience
    • Ability to lead projects & execute
    • Ability to travel : 50%
