    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting and conversion, extensive product knowledge and service on your territory - East London & South East :

      • Identify sales prospects and open new accounts (new surgeon or new entity)
      • Increase revenue with existing customers
      • Consultative and relationship type of selling
      • Re-sales of same products

     You will interact with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and with team to ensure that regional/corporate financial goals are met :

      • Service and repair center, customer service and tenders dpmt, marketing, quality, legal, CRM process manager, training dpmt, regulatory dpmt, account receivables dpmt, sales statistics dpmt, consignment team, other sales team from Integra.

    Your target accounts and market will be:

    Burn centers, Plastic and Dermato dpmts, Vascular, Oncology, Maxilo facial, Head & Neck, Pediatrics, Traumatology within Univ & regional hospitals, private centers, Wound Centers, purchasing groups...

    Qualifications

    Degree Level and or Nursing Qualification

    • Minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a Sales Rep/Account Manager
    • Theatre experience is essential.
    • Strong sales ability and the ability to close sales deals
    • Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives
    • Commercial acumen, an appreciation of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures
    • Excellent network and ability to influence at the highest level
    • Ability to successfully and appropriately interact with customers
