    Responsibilities

    Your typical day in a nutshell

    • A field based role for a sales expert
    • In hospitals, driving adoption of our technologies and differentiating from competition
    • Promotes and sells Integra’s CSS products
    • Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of CSS products
    • Directs product evaluations in OR and office settings
    • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
    • Keeps Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis

     

    Qualifications

    Must Haves 

    • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Sales Rep/Account Manager
    • Theatre experience is essential. 
    • Strong sales ability to close sales deals in a large Sales Region 
    • Ability to successfully and appropriately interact with customers and strong relationship building
    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Business Degree Preferred

     

    Nice to Haves 

    • Knowledge of the medical device business and healthcare environment, and ideally a first experience of Neurosurgery or Spine theatres 
    • Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives
    • Commercial acumen, an appreciation of budgetary and cost issues surrounding theatres and surgical procedures
    • Excellent network and ability to influence at the highest level
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
    • Proven workshop/demonstration skills/training skills
    • Good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology
