    About the Division OTT

    ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Orthopedics and Tissue Technologies (OTT) division provides innovative cost effective solutions that restore and regenerate function for patients. Our products are primarily used by orthopedic, plastic and general surgeons. OTT is organized around two key product segments: we offer a comprehensive portfolio of soft tissue and reconstructive products that address the needs of surgeons seeking nerve repair and decompression solutions. OTT’s regenerative tissue technologies products are one of the most comprehensive lines of soft tissue and reconstructive products on the market today. OTT’s orthopedic products also include implants and small bone fixation devices used to reconstruct Lower Extremity (foot and ankle), Upper Extremity (hand and wrist), shoulder and elbow.



    In order to achieve your yearly targets, you will:


    Establish and maintain product knowledge on the orthopedics product ranges

    Demonstrate good knowledge of competitors, their products and services, their strategies


    Analyse territory growth potential by using market panels/database in order to identify prospective customers

    Identify all actors in the decision making process

    Analyse performance of selling territory using weekly sales reports

    Prepare quarterly action plans and update regularly


    Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from sales activity

    Identify sales prospects and contact these in order to arrange appointments


    Maintain accurate account files relating to visits, contacts, opportunities and forecasts by using the CRM tool

    Provide regular feedback to Sales Manager relating to account performance, implemented action plans, objectives

    Provide regular feedback on competition to Marketing Department

    Identify and solve customers’ concerns : report complaints to quality


    Offer support to customers through technical and educational presentations and training

    Support and provide instructions during surgeries.


    Establish and maintain current customers and potential customers relationships through congresses, workshops, demonstrations, prospective visits


    Must Haves

    • Minimum 2 to 3 years sales relevant experience in orthopedic extremities
    • Clinical and technical product excellence
    • Good understanding of NHS and local/national commercial landscape
    • Experience in the OR and with NHS

    • Communicates with internal / external customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to engage with customers at all levels
